Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy:

1. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
2. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. In case of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to the customer within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:

1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damage or defect in your email.

Shipping Policy:

1. We ship to customers in Dubai only.
2. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
5. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, but we aim to deliver within 3-5 business days.
